A penthouse in the Central Market quarter, between popular atmosphere and the Renaissance.
The Apartment
Guelfa was a bet. A house abandoned for years, with enormous works to face. We recovered it piece by piece, choosing to bring the spaces to life and keep the old and the new together.
It sits on the top floor of a small condominium, with twelve windows and exposed beams, but modern flooring. The home spans two levels, with a vast living room, an eat-in kitchen and two bathrooms — one with a double window.
We are well inside the ZTL, in a high-density zone but convenient for the station. The street outside is quiet, with hotels, restaurants and services just metres away. For those who want to be very much in the centre — but a little high up.
