Four bedrooms, nine sleeping spots and a large terrace over the rooftops of Florence.
The Apartment
Agnolo is my home — the largest of the family. I bought it in 2019: five rooms, four bathrooms and a large sun-filled terrace, comfortable for up to nine people.
It sits in a small condominium inside the ZTL, two steps from Sant'Ambrogio: a former 15th-century tower house, small and low, reached by just a few stairs. The home is laid out over two levels, with terrace and balcony, eight windows mostly facing inward, and views toward Santa Croce and the Duomo.
I kept the original terracotta floors, some exposed beams and the building's historic details. A house that carries six centuries of Florence — with the comfort of today, for a stay with family or friends.
